Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a20× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session or bet placement, Yabos88 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and refund the relevant stake to the Player's account. Yabos88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed; or (d) the Account presents unacceptable risk from an AML or fraud perspective.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Yabos88 via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply.
